Next Steps for Change
Through the use of Peer Support, we empower individuals who use substances to find their own pathway to recovery. As an organization, we aim to foster a compassionate community and train recovery coaches who inspire hope and drive change.
Peer support professionals are individuals who have navigated the recovery process, who support others experiencing similar situations. Through shared understanding, respect, and mutual empowerment, peer support professionals support people in making the changes they feel necessary to support their own wellness.
Next Steps for Change is a “hub” for peer support.
We connect individuals who want a peer to walk alongside them.
We train those in recovery who want to learn the skills to be a peer.
We offer employment for individuals who want to walk alongside others.
We partner with other professionals who provide us with referrals and are part of our team.
